I grew up in a Russian-Ukrainian household where contrast bathing wasn't a wellness ritual, it was just life. There was no cold plunge; so after a heavy sweat, depending on the season, you either rolled in the snow or stood under a cold shower. I loved it. I loved watching our family and friends gather and enjoy this tradition which, at the time, felt like something only we did. I didn't know anything about the health benefits then, but the bonding and the camaraderie that went on most certainly got etched into my soul.

After years of pounding the pavement across New York City, I finally made my way to Miami, a place I always knew I'd eventually land. Something about the lushness of it, the way it's raw and colorful and vibrant, felt like home before I ever lived here. While still in New York, I trained at the Swedish Institute and earned my massage therapy license. Over the years I've continued expanding my practice through ongoing certifications, building a bodywork offering that draws from a wide range of Eastern and Western modalities: deep tissue, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, cupping, assisted stretching, and more. Each session is intuitive and tailored.

Now I get to host people in my garden, beneath fruit trees, in a space built around a tradition I've carried since childhood. Arrival is a private sauna and cold plunge tucked into a tranquil North Miami garden. My bodywork practice lives here too (though we do that part indoors). Both can be experienced on their own, or woven together into something deeper.
